Registration for the Summer I, Summer II, and all Fall 2021 Semesters is available via Student Planning beginning Monday, April 5th. Students can contact their Academic Advisor via email/phone. All admission requirements must be completed, and all holds must be cleared prior to registration. Payment is due by Friday, May 28th at 4:00 pm. Please be sure to make a payment or set up a payment plan using eCashier beginning Monday, March 29th to take advantage of the 25% down payment option available through Monday, April 26th.

The last day to drop a class with a “W” is Friday, April 23rd at 4:00 pm. To complete the Class Withdrawal Form, please download the form to your computer then enter your information into the fillable fields. Once you have completed the form, save your changes to the form, then send it via email to admoffice@swtjc.edu.

Libraries and Student Success Centers help make final exams manageable. Take advantage of SWTJC Library's virtual resources and virtual tutoring available via Student Success Centers and Writing Centers for all SWTJC students. Exams take place Saturday, May 8th - Thursday, May 13th.
