The Student Ambassadors are members of a student service organization dedicated to enhancing the image and promoting the awareness of Southwest Texas Junior College. The organization is committed to the encouragement of educational success and to the recruitment and retention of Southwest Texas Junior College students. Student Ambassadors strive to serve as a liaison between the College’s administration and its students.
Student Ambassadors serve Southwest Texas Junior College in a wide range of activities such as giving campus tours, hosting College guests and representing the College in the Uvalde community and elsewhere through participation in community functions and conferences. Student Ambassadors are actively involved in the organizations numerous special events and social activities.
